What I Do

All of my work is completely bespoke - I don't use generic templates and no two policies or training sessions that I create will ever look the same. That's because I believe meaningful work must start by considering the context it will be applied in, and be designed with that in mind.

Policies & Procedures

Often a forgotten "skeleton in the cupboard" (and possibly just as scary feeling!). These documents should be everyday, friendly guides: clearly describing how you do things so that everyone is reliably informed and accountable. I'll help you bring them to life - informed by your best work and other external best practice examples - so they can clearly share your organisation's practices. You're proud of what you do - so let's get it written up in a way you can feel great about.

Training

Every organisation should have access to good quality, well considered training that actually suits the work you do. I'll collaborate with you & your team to design an inspiring, inclusive and actually interesting learning space that delivers what you need and shows how it will apply in your real life.

I hold specialist expertise in trustee training, safeguarding & duty of care, mental health & wellbeing (non-clinical), and person-centred approaches.

I am lucky enough to have been trusted to hold reflective practice spaces for well over 100 different individuals and groups over my career (that number still surprises me!), in the form of supervisions, action learning sets and solution-focused brief coaching.

I'll listen to whatever you want to reflect on, then guide you through a non-judgemental, supported time to notice, explore, connect, untangle and learn - all from your own experience.

Organisations I work with know that doing things because "that's how we've always done it" isn't good reasoning. But the cyclical process of evaluation, review and redesign sometimes can't be accounted for alongside everyone's usual workload.
